ViBe Threads Terms & Conditions for Custom Orders

Thank you for choosing ViBe Threads! By placing a custom order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🔄 Design & Order Finalization

Once a custom order is placed, no changes can be made to the design, garment type, material, colors, or quantities. This includes switching out styles, altering logos, or changing embellishment options. All design mockups must be thoroughly reviewed and approved prior to submitting your order. Please be sure you are completely satisfied with your designs before moving forward—once approved, your order enters production and cannot be revised.

✏️ Personalization Policy

If your order includes personalized elements (e.g., names, numbers, or size assignments), you will be required to submit this information through a provided form.
🚨 Please note: The information you provide on that form is considered final. ViBe Threads is not responsible for errors in spelling, name-to-size assignments, or other personalization details submitted by the customer.

đź’¸ Deposits & Payment

For bulk custom orders, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. Final payment must be received in full before any items are shipped or delivered. Orders will not be released until the balance is paid. 

We understand that some organizations—such as public schools or government-funded programs—may require an official quote or operate on special payment terms. If this applies to you, please let us know before placing your order so we can provide the necessary documentation and discuss any adjusted timelines for payment processing.

👉 Please note: Design work and production will not begin until either the required deposit is received or approved purchase order documentation has been submitted (if applicable). It is the responsibility of the ordering party to ensure timely payment to avoid delays in production or delivery.

❌ Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized or custom-designed items.
