TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with ViBe Threads, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products.

3. Custom Orders & Production

ViBe Threads produces custom apparel and teamwear.

  • Production begins after mockup approval or internal production release.

  • Production timelines are estimates only.

  • Delays caused by supply chain issues, manufacturers, or carriers are not our responsibility.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Final Sale

All custom products are final sale.

Refunds

Custom items are:

  • Not refundable before production starts

  • Not refundable once production begins

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted:

  • Before mockup approval

  • Within 24 hours of order placement

Once production begins, no cancellations are permitted.

ViBe Threads reserves sole discretion to determine when production has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

Customer Warranty

Customers warrant they own or have authorization to use submitted logos or artwork and agree to indemnify ViBe Threads against infringement claims.

Company Ownership

All designs, mockups, artwork, and creative materials developed by ViBe Threads remain the sole property of Bella Ballerina Franchising, Inc. DBA Vibe Brands.

Purchase of products does not transfer ownership of design files or artwork.

No commercial license is granted unless agreed in writing.

Digital artwork files are not included unless separately purchased.

6. Payment & Chargeback Protection

All payments must be authorized.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after production or shipment may result in:

  • Collection proceedings

  • Legal action

  • Recovery of attorneys’ fees

  • Reporting of fraudulent activity

Customers agree that fulfillment documentation and production records constitute proof of delivery and performance.

7. Shipping & Pickup

  • We ship nationwide and internationally.

  • We offer local pickup when available.

  • Shipping times are estimates only.

  • ViBe Threads is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, lost packages, or international shipping delays.

  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon carrier acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ViBe Threads’ total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

9. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Virginia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to jury trial and class action participation.

10. SMS Terms

By opting in via website, checkout, keyword text-in, or online form, you agree to receive SMS communications as described in the Privacy Policy.
